lcp Principal, David Schellinger, was part of a multi-disciplinary team while working with SMWM Architects on the renovation of this upscale shopping center and Westin Hotel in Dallas, TX. The project repositioned and refocused this declining shopping center and hotel complex into a vibrant mix of high-end luxury retailers, shoppers, and well-to-do business travelers, in a very urban and hip environment. David provided design and production support for the overall project branding, wayfinding, signage, marketing, and press collateral for the project. The signage scope included the main entries to the site, the parking garages, the interior of the shopping center as well as the lobby and public corridors for the hotel.
