When it comes to developing a speculative office building in Silicon Valley (outside of a tech and office building boom), Minkoff Development looked to lcp to help develop a brand look and feel for their new building, as well as a variety of marketing collateral that could be utilized by commercial real estate brokers, including a project website, presentation boards, brochures and a site sign. This leasing suite helped brokers successfully lease out the full building to two tech start ups, when other buildings in Mountain View were struggling to fill their spaces.
